Therapist Neurodiversity Collective® - A professional development membership for Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapists
You’re one step closer to becoming part of a global community of practicing therapists—Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs, SLTs, SPs), Occupational Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Mental Health Counselors, and Psychologists—who are committed to neurodiversity-affirming, ethics-driven therapy.
By submitting your application to the Collective, you’re joining a therapy movement that upholds ethical, values-aligned practices and rejects compliance-based, ableist interventions.

✷✷✷ Collective Memberships are for individuals only, not entire practices.
Sharing memberships, including any of our our live and on-demand short courses and handouts, is prohibited.
🤔 Why?
The funds from membership dues are reinvested into the organization to cover our significant operation costs including fairly paying the experts who teach our courses, paying for the annual software subscriptions, and paying for software developer services to keep the website maintained and updated for our learning management system.
✷✷✷ As part of the Collective’s mission, we work to keep our educational resources affordable for most therapists.
💡 Our course fees are already significantly lower than those of typical professional development offerings.
💡 To further support therapists who align with our practice ethics and values, we offer memberships as an added cost-saving benefit. Membership provides easy access to all our courses while advancing the neurodiversity movement by equipping providers with trauma-informed, neurodivergent-centered approaches.
💡 For this model to remain sustainable, it’s essential that everyone pays their fair share. That’s what allows us to continue offering high-quality, accessible training.
