I’m a queer, non-binary, and highly sensitive AuDHD therapist who helps high-masking, late-identified neurodivergent adults make peace with themselves, strengthen self-trust, and feel grounded & empowered in their identities. I have advanced training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model as well as Brainspotting and use these modalities alongside my lived experience to provide a neurodiversity-affirming approach to healing from shame, trauma, & internalized ableism. I’m a therapist in therapy who is deeply committed to doing their own healing and growth work. My practice celebrates neurodivergence, is LGBTQIA+ and disability affirming, upholds anti-racism and body liberation / fat acceptance / HAES, is sex, kink, and BDSM positive, sex worker affirming, & supports alternative relationship structures. I’m also Jewish, proudly pro-Palestine, and committed to the lifelong work of decolonization and liberation for all.
